One of the most effective means to modify your bargaining units demographics is by offering a buyout.  Essential to a buyout’s success is correctly forecasting how many and exactly which employees would be amenable to it, and at what price.  LCA has experience in designing effective buyout programs, costing the expected savings to be garnered from them, and predicting how long it will take for the buyout program to break even and begin returning actual savings to the client’s bottom line.
