FINANCE:

  1. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS:  Calculating the financial impact of labor costs on sales/operating profits across the company and any of its subdivisions down to the location level, and forecasting any changes to such financial measurements due to future modifications of labor contracts and/or employment policies;
  2. BUDGET IMPACT ANALYSIS:  Assisting the client’s financial staff in preparation of annual budgets impacted by negotiated or statutory wage and benefit increases;
  3. ECONOMIC VERIFICATION:  Measuring actual economic impact of previously negotiated labor contract modifications using hours & earnings data and fringe benefit information; and,
  4. STATUTORY MINIMUM WAGE ANALYSIS:  Costing of the economic impact of federal or state minimum wage increases.
