Expense Reporting

LCA reports all expenses incurred on the client’s behalf to the client on a monthly basis.  Such expenses are incurred only with the prior approval of the client or pursuant to the terms of a project or retainer arrangement.  Common examples of reimbursable expenses include but are not limited to:

  • Travel
  • Lodging
  • Meals
  • Mobile phone (i.e., extensive cell phone use)
  • Internet access
  • Photocopying and printing
  • Specialized office supplies required by client.

 

LCA will provide copies of receipts to clients upon request.  Because some bills may be delayed, LCA reserves the right to include expenses in subsequent bills.
