Effective Communications

The greatest source of consultant error is miscommunication between client and consultant.  Fortunately, this source of error can be effectively ameliorated by improving the communications between consultant and client. 

LCA strives to minimize any such errors by affirmatively practicing effective communications with its clients.  Effective communication requires precision, comprehensiveness and attention to detail. Whether it is in its emails, phone calls, memoranda, costings, or analyses, LCA takes the requisite time and makes the required effort to completely understand and appreciate all of the requirements of a particular project.
