In order to begin consulting with LCA, please Contact Us.  We will work out the appropriate fee structure for your needs.  We will develop a Data & Information Request tailored to your organization and analytical needs.  Generally, at a minimum, LCA will require the following documents and data:

  1. Current Collective Bargaining Agreement(s);
  2. Last negotiated Memorandum of Agreement;
  3. Employee demographic data for each active employee;
  4. One year (52 weeks) of hours & earnings data for each employee receiving a paycheck in that period; and,
  5. Termination data for each separated employee.
